Justice Department Announced Their Focus On White-Collar Crime

Yesterday the Justice Department announced their focus is going to turn to white-collar crime. Many people who are caught in this web will make the mistake of hiring traditional criminal defense lawyers who have minimal experience in white-collar issues. White collar cases are totally different than other crimes: in theft, violence and drug cases it is undisputed that a crime has been committed and the question is who did it.
